VIN lookup sends the VIN to NHTSA. It does not check vehicle history or condition.

Saving updates the cloud inventory. Visitors see changes when they load the inventory or vehicle page. “Sold” keeps the vehicle page with a sold label. “Remove” hides it from the website and can be undone.
